Our mission is to create a unique all-around experience from start to finish. From the moment you add an item to the cart, to receiving, opening and trying, we strive for a fulfilling and entertaining experience unlike any other.
Why are there different firmnesses?
The product firmness will influence product performance. Some silicones are so soft that they cannot support themselves. This may be great for a stroker and alternatively not ideal for a dildo. Although, for example, this softness may improve the experience when choosing a toy that resembles a tentacle.
How do I choose which firmness?
We recommend firmness depending on the type of product and its intended effect. You can always choose the desired firmness when adding an item to the cart. Alternatively you can choose a custom firmness by contacting us. See our Customs shop if you have more elaborate requests.
How long does it take to ship?
Everything is made to order, nothing is stocked except for the materials necessary to make a product. Please allow seven calendar days to manufacture a product before shipping.
Why are some products so expensive?
The most expensive part of the process is the high quality platinum cure silicone the toy is made from. If the toy requires a larger volume of silicone, it’s going to be more expensive.
